Product Description
Outline
Stamping speed is usually sacrificed for the sake of more qualified products. Yet for universal crankshaft presses, they need high speed to increase working efficiency
To solve this conflict, AIDA PMX presses combine link motion mechanism with conventional crank motion mechanism
Link motion mechanism is able to reduce the slide speed during stamping to 60% of what a press can do with traditional crank motion mechanism
Slides can rise back rapidly, increasing the whole speed meanwhile reducing the effects of fast forming on product precision, thus forming effectively addressing the conflict
Advantages
Link motion mechanism stabilizes high precision stamping and promotes productivity
Wide space between suspension points increases resistance to eccentric load
Highly rigid frame could withstand the load of heavy progressive forming
Symmetrical structure ensures motion accuracy
