There will be various responsibilities and requirements based on the qualification, experiences, duties include:
- Responds to Customer inquiries (inside) in areas not covered by distributors.
- Receives, qualifies, and distributes customer inquiries received through direct sources.
- Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of all aspects of the Sales related functions of the business information system.
- Create, implements, and maintain technical information on product line and applications using materials supplied by other functional areas.
- Create and modifies as required the proposal and Sales quotation structure for each product and service.
- Prepares quotes using information provided by the Product Dept and Engineering Dept.
- Establishes and maintain price lists, customer data base, and installed machine data base by working closely with Product / Segment Managers and Marketing Planning Manager.
- Develops and maintains a computerized reporting system of Sales calls, orders, distributor activity, lost orders, etc.
- Support in preparing routine and complex customer orders, routing or responding to sensitive correspondence, and following up on internal sales matters.
- Initiates appropriate follow-up action for Customers and Distributors at the request of Sales Product/Segment Managers.
- Develop and maintain systems for tracking and reporting commission payments to distributors and Sales associates
- Develops and maintains procedure for initiating customer orders into the operation’s cycle. Produce clear, timely, and thorough Order Package for each customer order.

- Management representative of the respective sites. Responsible in steering and driving its site duties
- To ensure Monthly Management Meeting is being held on schedule date
- To work closely and support Operation Steering Committee in implementation of all SOP, Guideline and Requirement of its respective site.
- To ensure J-Sox Internal control compliance
- Review Monthly performance and provide 3-months forecast projection
- Overall accountability of the department performance with due consideration for enhancing the Department / Company’s interest.
- Achieve the FY Business Plan given by Management
- Monitor and control daily department operation, ensure to maintain company management system.
- Review department’s performance, purchases, cost and expenses analysis for prompt and effective respond.
- Implementation of pro-active master action plan, taking necessary countermeasure timely,
- Always maintain positive mindset, ensure proper communication within the company.
- To lead the team of Engineers to resolve customers’ press machines issues professionally and ethically.
- To groom and grow the Engineers to be competent engineers in their field of specialties and to constantly create training opportunities for further advancement in the engineering fields.
- Ensure engineering designs meet operational, safety and Aida design requirements, as well as any additional requirements of the engineering department, manufacturing department, purchasing department or our customers.
- Participate in job planning and scheduling. Take full responsibility to assure projects/tasks assigned and undertaken meet goals for cost, schedule, and product performance. Must be able to work and/or travel as necessary to meet project schedules and / or accomplish goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with mechanical engineering, customers, other departments, and vendors.
- Conduct, assist and/or participate in design reviews for assigned projects.
- Assist in problem solving as required in engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and customer service as required.
- Practice continuous improvement to reduce costs within the department and company while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Travel as required to accomplish assigned projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
