The straightener feeder entrance is equipped with lever lock-type side guides and the uncoiler is equipped with side-type guides, and both types can be adjusted without using any tools

Zigzag Feed Function (Optional equipment) reduces scrap and lowers cost

Model that accommodates material from 300mm to 600mm wide and up to 3.2mm thickness
  1. Easy Handling: Equipped With lever lock-type side guides and the uncoiler is equipped with slide-type side guides and both types can be adjusted without using any tools
  2. Easy Setting: Work roll pressure adjustments are possible even during production. Includes standard hold-down pressure calculation function
  3. Easy Adjustment: The passline height can be easily adjusted by using hydraulic jack, and contributes to shorter set up times and better quality
  4. Easy Cleaning: The large access apertures on the top and bottom make it easy to clean the work rolls, which effectively helps prevent scratch-marks on the material
