The speed of slides at any position can be set through controlling the rotating speed of servo motors
Suitable for the following forming:
Efficient and high-precision forming of difficult-to-form materials
Low-noise, low-vibration forming
Multiple varied-length forming
Advantages
Equipped with AIDA’s own low RPM, high torque servo motor.
Able to process high value-added products with high precision.
Able to set the most suitable slide movement mode and store in the database even if the materials are difficult-to-form.
Equipped with manual step feed, making die matching and die adjustment easier
