Outline
The AIDA MSP is well suited for the ultra precision dies that require large bed areas for the production of high-efficiency motors, such as motors for hybrid cars or energy conservation.
Features a multiple suspension system which increases the number of suspension points.
This keeps the height of the press relatively low and assures rigidity.
With enhanced dynamic accuracy, die sharpening is reduced and lengthened die life can be expected.
Advantages
4-point Suspension to prevent slide deformation or inclination
Twin drive structure to reduce crankshaft torch when loaded
Guideposts made by special materials, frame, bearings, multiple suspensions for high precision stamping
Featuring a new type clutch brake (PAT. P.)
